Resilient DEI: Preserving the progress, the narrative and your peace On Thursday, November 21 a sold-out audience joined She Runs It for the Multicultural Bootcamp hosted by Newsweek and sponsored by Disney Advertising, SiriusXM Media and Fox. Participants heard from thought leaders and DEI warriors who are fighting DEI fatigue, protecting multicultural visibility in media, and measuring progress through the #Inclusive100 Marketing, Media and Adtech Inclusion Index. Nina Vaca inspired the crowd by sharing her journey and remarkable success strategies. And every conversation focused on helping people preserve their peace even in challenging times. The one thing that I was left feeling (and even wrote in my notes) is: I love attending the She Runs It Multicultural Bootcamp because it gives me what I need before I know I even needed it.
