Remember this as you feel the stress of the holidays. You are not your to-do list. Your worth is not connected to how magical you make the next few weeks. It’s not connected to how good your family looks in your holiday cards or whether you even send them. It doesn’t matter how beautifully decorated your tree is or how many lights are in the front yard. It’s not connected to how many different kinds of cookies you bake. Or how many people you give gifts to. You are enough. As you are. #strideproductivity #workingmom #workingmomlife #workingmomlifebalance #workingmothers #mompreneur #mompreneurlife #mompreneurlifestyle #fairplayfacilitator #fairplaylife #mentalload #mentalloadofmotherhood #workingmomproblems #workingmomstruggle

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 🎄 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴! 🎁 Between planning family gatherings, shopping for gifts, decorating the house, and preparing meals, it can feel like time has been pushed back. For many of us, the holidays bring joy and overwhelm. 💡 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹: ✅Make a Holiday Priorities List: Write down everything you need to do. Then, highlight the top three that bring the most joy or impact. Focus on those, and don’t be afraid to say “NO” to the rest. ✅Delegate, Delegate, Delegate: Share the responsibilities with family members. Involve your loved ones in cooking, decorating, or even wrapping presents—it makes the season more collaborative and less stressful. ✅Block Time for YOU: Schedule downtime amidst the hustle. Even 15 minutes to sip tea, meditate, or take a walk can recharge you and help you stay centered. ✨ 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲, 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁. 🎄 The holidays are meant to be a season of joy—not overwhelm. Focus on what matters most and let go of the rest. Remember: It’s okay not to do it all. What’s your go-to holiday tradition that sparks the most joy? What’s one you can let go of as it is no longer meaningful? #HolidayTimeManagement #StressFreeHolidays #MidLifeWomen #HolidayBalance #SimplifyTheSeason #IntentionalLiving #WomenSupportingWomen #HolidayJoy #MindfulHolidays #PrioritizeYou

🌴 Why I'm Finally Taking a Guilt-Free Holiday After 43 Years 🌴 This week, for the first time in my working life, I’m going on holiday without the ‘excess baggage’ of GUILT. No guilt over my team having to cover for me (because I don't have one). No guilt over deadlines hanging in the air (because everything is filed). No guilt over not being available for clients in an emergency (because everyone has been told and reminded well in advance). And most importantly, no guilt over not being fully present with my family, when all I should be doing is enjoying the moment. It’s taken me 43 years to work this out, and I wish I had done it sooner. This isn’t about pointing fingers or blaming anyone—it’s about a shift in mindset. We’re conditioned to think that taking time off somehow equals letting others down (I'm seen many posts in the last few weeks from business owners forcing staff to leave devices at home so it is not just business owners suffering. Holiday should be a rest). But the truth is, when we don’t allow ourselves proper rest and relaxation, we’re not at our best for anyone—our team, our clients, or our families. So here’s to setting boundaries, trusting our teams, and giving ourselves permission to truly switch off. I’m finally realising that the world won’t end because I’ve decided to take a break—and I’m ready to enjoy every minute of it. #WorkLifeBalance #HolidayMode #MindsetShift

Adding cushion days to vacations can significantly enhance the overall experience and provide various benefits. While it's tempting to pack every moment with activities to maximize your time off, incorporating extra time for relaxation and reflection at the end of the trip can be invaluable. Cushion days offer a way to gradually ease back into daily life, allowing you to process and appreciate the experiences you've had. By including buffer days at the conclusion of your vacation, you can significantly reduce stress levels. Unexpected travel hiccups such as flight delays or lost luggage become less daunting when you have spare time to address them. Additionally, having time to recuperate from jet lag or simply unpack and unwind before returning to work can make a notable difference in your well-being. Furthermore, giving yourself the gift of cushion days means acknowledging that your mental and physical health matters. It allows you to recharge before diving back into the demands of work, making the transition smoother and less overwhelming. Taking this approach can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling vacation experience overall. #worklifebalance #moretimelessstress #BeyondTheOrdinary
