They are a powerful way to organize code, making your components more maintainable and readable. Key points about custom hooks: 👉 Naming convention: They start with the word use, followed by a capital letter (e.g., useFetchData). 👉 Functionality: They can use built-in React hooks like useState, useEffect, useContext, etc., and even call other custom hooks. 👉 Purpose: They enable you to encapsulate logic related to: Data fetching Form handling Animations Event handling Any other reusable logic 👉 Testing and Debugging: Custom hooks make it easier to test logic independently of the UI .
