SEMICON Japan this year was absolutely incredible—record-breaking attendance and so much energy in every room! I was honored to deliver a keynote, and it was amazing to see how passionate everyone is about workforce development and the future of the semiconductor industry. The conversations reinforced what we’re seeing around the world: building a strong, diverse talent pipeline is a top priority for all of us in order to see this industry thrive. Governments, industries, and schools are coming together in exciting ways to prepare the next generation to flourish in this fast-growing field. A huge thanks to the SEMICON Japan team, our partners, and everyone who made this event such a success. Seeing so much collaboration and innovation happening globally gives me hope for what’s ahead in 2025! #SemiconductorIndustry #WorkforceDevelopment #Microelectronics #FutureOfWork #TechCareers #SEMICONJapan #SEMICON2024
Love the work that you’re doing Shari Liss - it’s of course a great need and benefit to the industry and what is more, the jobs in the semiconductor industry are good jobs that support economic mobility in the communities they are hiring out of. It’s a win for everyone involved. Keep up the great work!
