Today, on World Mental Health Day, we want to take a moment to highlight our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace. As part of this, in 2024 we introduced Mental Health First Aider training to equip OutForm with the skills to offer support to our people during difficult times. In addition, our buddy system ensures that every colleague has a trusted person to reach out to, helping create a culture of openness and care. But sometimes, it's not enough to have systems in place—just checking in on someone who’s been quiet or not quite themselves can make all the difference. Taking the time to reach out, to listen, and to show care can help more than you know. Together, we can break the stigma around mental health and make work a space where wellbeing thrives. #WMHD2024
