I’m excited to be one of the hosts (alongside Todd Carpenter) for the The L Suite (TechGC) AI Virtual Forum today. Juno's support agents resolve up to 35 tickets per day 🎟 With this, the team can save anywhere between 1 to 5 minutes from having to search for queries themselves compared to asking Threado AI which takes an average of 15 seconds! Up to 5 minutes saved on every query for 35 queries solved per day amounts to 3 hours saved every day from manual redundancies. Considering this for their team of 16 agents, they save almost 48 hours worth of work every day. Isn't that incredible? Beyond the novelty factor and buzz around AI in general, transparency and effective governance across both, foundational and operational levels, are crucial elements for any highly regulated organisations considering these solutions. Nice to see ServiceNow scoring well.
