Some people may believe that having an intermediary could potentially lower your overall return. However, this is a misconception! See the illustration below. By pooling capital through a fund, it transforms into a substantial investor. Developers are then motivated to offer incentives for larger capital investments, enabling us to pass those benefits on to our investors. #Investment #realestate

Our investors are our priority. You might think having a fund manager reduces your overall return. Not so! We create a win-win strategy with all our funds. Take a look at the slide below from my recent presentation. As a fund, we are a large investor and therefore we can negotiate an enhanced profit split and pass that on to our investors.

That what we do as well... The more capital a FoF managers brings in, the higher LP/GP split we offer. It's a great way to consolidate capital, and increase metrics for all participants. Great post Shameem Rana Nazeer, MD

Insightful! Well stated. I might borrow your idea to show my potential investors.
