😞 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Faisal Movers - 𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🚌 I want to share my recent disappointing experience with Faisal Movers during my trip from Karachi to Lahore. Unfortunately, several issues made the journey far from satisfactory: 1. 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘀: Your 👮♂️ staff at the reservation counters never explained or guided us on the benefits or privileges entitled to VIP 💎 or Business class 💼 passengers. The printed ticket also lacks this crucial information. Including a brief note about the eligible waiting area or lounge as per ticket class would greatly enhance the customer experience. 2. 𝗜𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀: Despite the presence of the CCTV security cameras in your buses, the announcement stating "Be security guard of your bags and belongings because Faisal Movers is not responsible for any loss to your property" is concerning. This means that the CCTV cameras are either not functioning or fake. Any reliable transport company should ensure the safety and security of its passengers and their belongings. 3. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 🍽️ 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 👎: The food provided at Iqbalabad, Rahim Yar Khan was of the poorest quality, smelly and not suitable for eating. Despite raising a written complaint over two weeks ago, I have yet to receive any feedback from Faisal Movers. This lack of response indicates a disregard for customer satisfaction and concerns. Additionally, only a single food provider and the unavailability of the original authentic famous Hafiz Multani Sohan Halwa at your outlets are disappointing. I urge Faisal Movers top management saib ashfaq, Ahmad Shahzad, Nouman Nouman250 to address these issues promptly to improve the overall travel experience for their passengers.
