The TONE Scaffolding walls are clad with lots of sporting memorabilia which really relates to the winners ethos which shines through here. The Scaffolding industry is a competitive world, so what do you have to do to be a winner? I don't have the answers, but I do have some ideas. Amongst others, taking stock and auditing performance has to be crucial to improve and stay ahead of the game. Being honest and owning your loses identifies areas of improvement and growth for sure. knowing as much about your market or competition as possible has to be in there to give you that commercial and operational edge. Also, in my experience, staying humble, serving your clients well and celebrating the wins no matter how big or small and liking the game that you play so that you don't become stagnant, uninspired and bored. let me know your thoughts on this guys as we close out the week.
