This video explains how to establish a direct line of contact with an actual human at Meta via LinkedIn regarding being locked out of your account. It has been made clear that Facebook's chat support is all artificial (excluding the intelligence that makes it work). Therefore, going to chat support is not working. They provide the same links to old articles that no longer apply, and those articles also link out to more help documents that are now void. Please be aware that this approach is invasive. However, if done tactfully, not only can you possibly get through to Meta, but you might also make a professional contact at Meta who can help you in the future. Full disclosure - followers of this community have used this method, but I have not. I was able to access my account by searching "Code Generator" in my Facebook mobile app, something that is still not consistent and doesn't show up every time.
