The Savannah Bananas sell out every stadium they go to, home or on the road. People wait an hour plus in line just to get into the stadium. And it’s not because they are competing for a championship. It’s because they connect with fans (their customers) and create unique experiences that fans cannot get anywhere else. It’s great baseball, but in a way that takes out the boring and injects excitement into those traditionally boring plays. There’s dancing and baby races and entertainment with every player walking up to the plate. They create NEW fans (their customers) in every market they go to at a rate that every other pro sports team is jealous of. They changed the game. So broadband providers, what can we take from the above? Ditch the legacy (speed/price), embrace a go-to-market and solution that your customers can connect with, and you may be selling out new markets (and existing ones) like the Bananas do stadiums. Go change the game. P.S. Here’s one of those new fans who can’t wait to play T-ball in the back when dads done working today 😎 #broadband #ruralbroadband #sethtalks
I love them 💛💛💛

3moIt is all about the experience!! When you go to one of their games, the experience of the game, the players, the atmosphere of the ball park, and how you are just able to enjoy the moment. It is the same with every business. Provide an experience that knocks it out of the ballpark and your customers will be your best friend forever.
