Women will be left behind as data shows they are less interested in incorporating AI into their workplace. Not only is this risking their jobs, but as AI learns on itself, we are risking its bias becoming more skewed toward a male-centric output. A Charter report from Oct 2023, surveyed 1173 US workers, and showed women (35%) use AI less than men (48%) in their work and are less interested in learning it. We need more women teaching, learning, and using AI.
