ICYMI, this summer Snowflake announced the Public Preview of outbound privatelink connectivity for Azure over Snowpark external access and external functions. We followed it up with private previews for outbound privatelink for Azure external stages and AWS external access. These launches have enabled a set of production-grade use cases for our security-sensitive customers. Customers can use these features to: 1/ Enrich their data or perform reverse ETL from internally hosted APIs behind an API gateway over privatelink 2/ Connect to their Snowpark Code (UDFs, Stored Procedures) to access data from AI services or web-hosted LLM APIs. For example, Azure AI service, AWS Bedrock, etc.  3/ Load/unload data from their own managed Azure storage accounts via their Snowflake storage integration. This also works for any data source in Azure Data Factory. Configuring outbound privatelink is simple and fast.
