We’ve recently found a tool which could be especially useful for those of you who do your own bioinformatics. BioChest is a library of computational models for drug discovery. Through one-click tools on their web platform or an API, you can run large-scale analysis on models for protein structure prediction, protein design, docking and simulations. It’s a cloud platform with the capacity to process up to millions of input files at once on their GPU infrastructure. BioChest also allows connecting models together to create custom pipelines. According to BioChest, their cloud platform is secure, encrypted, and ensures that you, as the user, retain sole ownership of your data and IP.
