Do not celebrate me... (WIN NESDAY) It's WIN NESDAY, and I am supposed to celebrate my wins. But not this time. So don't celebrate me, at least not yet. Don't celebrate me for my wins, Nor for my gigs, Nor for likes and comments. 🔸Rather, Celebrate me for my; Impact, Voice and Souls I get to uplift for each post I put out here. 🔸So am saying: You can make it. You've got all it takes. You, too, deserve a win. 🔸If you fail, Rise and face the next day. That's why it's a WIN NESDAY. If you don't win today, you'll win tomorrow. 🔸Highlight: Y'all are a spotlight on this post. 🔸PS: I want to celebrate you specially. What should I celebrate you for? #100daysshowupwithzuria #globalvisibilitychallengewithdrvivianmagnus #linkedin

It's #TeachersDay in #India (#5thSeptember). It is celebrated in honor of President turned Teacher, Sir Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the second President of India and a distinguished educator by choice. Well, the storyline is good, if that ended there. But we saw how our #LinkedIn feeds flooded with Teacher's Day wishes and messages powered by AI tools. I am just curious - If so many non-teaching professionals love teaching, why didn't they opt to be a professional #teacher? How many hours could you dedicate to teach to young #kids / #adults in last 12 months? What is your expertise to teach? What are the teaching tools/techniques you have? We celebrate Teacher's Day to honour teachers. The idea of celebrating Teacher's Day was to recognize the power that a teacher (a professional teacher working in school) holds to inspire, motivate, guide, educate a young mind. Not the other way... Not everyone who assume they are doing everything by counting their digital impressions, deserves to be called as a teacher. If you truly wish to celebrate the spirit of the Teacher's Day, here are few things you can do today - 1) Visit your school, check with teacher if you can help in solving their challenges. 2) Sit in a classroom along with other kids and listen to the teacher unconditionally. 3) Visit your kid's school, offer a warm wish to your kid's teacher If you further want to advance - i) Take teacher training and offer free classes to the under-privileged. ii) Offer your subject matter expertise classes to the children in your residential community/colony #inspire #motivate #guide - as a teacher, not as an adult.
How are you planning to celebrate #TeachersDay this year?

Here's your Permission Slip: Celebrate your wins Ok, I know you might be feeling a squirmy ick appear in your body as you read that. Many of us do. "Celebrate my wins, who are you kidding?" We're not here to win. We're here to contribute, make a difference and be of value. Women should be encouraged to recognise and acknowledge what they did and the results they achieved. But we're not. We're told that is what vain or arrogant people do when they boast about their success. "No one likes a showoff!" So, I don't think celebrating our wins is showing off. It means we value ourselves. It means we highlight our skills, attitude and contribution without ego (and thus arrogance). We allow ourselves to be fully seen as our best selves. Our teams, friends and family can celebrate with us as we role-model this behaviour. We permit others to be seen when they share their wins and be fully valued on their terms as we celebrate their wins. I dare you. Pick a win, large or small, and share it with pride. Pick your celebration - chinking of glasses or mugs, a chocolate bar to share or a post or photo on here. Whatever you do, I'm celebrating your courage to show up for yourself and acknowledge your brilliant self and the impact you make this week ahead. #PermissionSlip #WinnerWinner #Celebration #BragBaby

Celebrating wins is important. We're usually so quick to move onto the next thing without recognising what we have achieved. Pausing to celebrate recognises the effort you put into achieving something. #amethystcoachingmethod

Three key qualities to be successful and survive in the real estate business: Grit, Resilience and a Positive Attitude. No time to dwell, look back or harp about yesterday. We have to buck up and get back in the boat as fast as possible or we'll be eaten alive treading deep waters.
Don’t celebrate too early 😁
