Did you know that PM Modi has been shaking things up by including former bureaucrats in his cabinet? At first, it raised some eyebrows within the BJP, but now it's becoming a trend, especially in NDA 2.0. What's interesting is how different they are from typical politicians. These 'Babu' ministers “work quietly, speak out only when they are asked to." They have no political constituency of their own to nurture. Moreover, this B factor in Modi's Cabinet might get bigger if he retains power. Interested to know more? The cabinet formation tells the mindset of Modi. He has no respects for his allies. He has ignored his allies SS, NCP, JDU and TDP in the distribution of portfolio. All top posts go to BJP. SS and NCP have already felt the injustice and expressed their dissatisfaction. Is this beginning of the end? Time will tell. Allies must exert pressure on Modi to get there demands fulfilled if they want to survive. This is an unprincipled alliance which is bound to collapse in future. Modi is surviving on support by JDU and TDP. if both of them withdraw, BJP Government will loose majority and fall. Both parties have not got any fair treatment in cabinet. Will their demand of special status of AP and Bihar, review of Agniveer, UCC, 4 % reservation to Muslims and others be considered by Modi? I am sure, Modi is not going to step back on his earlier decision but these may be kept in abeyance. Considering the characters of JDU and TDP, it's not impossible that they may not threaten Modi Government in future. Just watch and see.

𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬: 𝐍𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐮 𝐍𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐮 🤔 Was this the Indian election's biggest cliffhanger? According to trends released by the 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚, the BJP leading in 244 seats was 𝟑𝟎 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 of the 𝟐𝟕𝟐 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 for a majority. Now, if these numbers do not change, 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐮 𝐍𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐮'𝐬 𝐓𝐃𝐏 in Andhra and 𝐍𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫'𝐬 𝐉𝐃𝐔 could become government kingmakers. 🗳️ Even though both are currently in an NDA alliance, in a hung parliament, there are no fixed loyalties. Coincidentally, this is not the first time for such a thing to happen. For instance, Naidu helped form the 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in 1996 as leader of the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 not aligned with BJP or Congress. He then helped BJP in 1999 and 2014, only to leave BJP in 2018. Nitish Kumar, who was an 𝐍𝐃𝐀 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 with 𝐀𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐢𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐕𝐚𝐣𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐞's government on two counts, has now earned the title of 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐮 𝐑𝐚𝐦 for the number of times he has joined, left, and rejoined the NDA alliance. Both kingmakers will attend the 𝐍𝐃𝐀 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 meet and hopefully give us the final results. #ElectionResults #IndianPolitics #BJP #NDA #Election2024 #Kingmakers #PoliticalDrama #HungParliament #ElectionCommission #India

Modi Government Gives Allies More Space in Niti Aayog, Cabinet Committees In its third term, the Modi government is giving more prominence to its allies by including five Cabinet ministers from allied parties as special invitees in the reconstituted Niti Aayog and cabinet committees. This marks a shift from previous terms where only BJP ministers held such positions. Additionally, ministers are encouraged to collaborate and learn from each other in the coalition government. #GovernmentPolicy #PoliticalStrategy #CoalitionGovernment #SimplyHaiku #30SecondNews #SimplyNews #AudioNews #ShortNews #StayInformed

Modi Cabinet 3.0: What Will Be The Alternative If Amit Shah And Rajnath Singh Do Not Become Ministers? Modi Cabinet 3.0 Latest Update: Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister for the third time today i.e. on Sunday. The BJP-led NDA coalition government will be formed in the country. On Sunday, June 9, while the discussion of Narendra Modi's third swearing-in ceremony is trending in the country, the faces to be included in Narendra Modi's third cabinet are also being discussed a lot. I think the discussion over Justice (Retd) Abhijit Gangopadhyay joining the BJP is a bit of a red herring at best. I say red herring because we've had Supreme court judges who've resigned to run for the office of President, resign to be Rajya Sabha members, served as Speaker of Lok Sabha after their tenure as judges and even served as Ministers before their tenure as judges. That instances span from the 60s to the 80s and are few and far between. The deeper systemic problem is post tenure appointment of judges. We should make a distinction i think between those judges who get appointed to a position by the government and those who choose to enter into electoral politics of any sort. The discussion worth having though is how Abhijit Gangopadhyay became a judge in the first place and what he did while there. His conduct on the bench (and sometimes off it) suggests someone with little or no judicial temperament to speak of. His exchanges with the Bar, his hurling of wild accusations against his fellow judges, petulance at having his orders overturned, et al all suggest he was more suited to a life in electoral politics than the judiciary. The unfortunate problem with the appointment system is that we're being told it's the collegium system of appointment which guarantees independence, neutrality, etc etc but in reality it's a search and selection committee with the Union Government given the final say. The question to be asked is - if the collegium doesn't even have the final say to keep the likes of Gangopadhyay out of the judiciary, should it not stop the pretence and put the blame squarely on the actual appointing authority? #judiciary #politics #independence #judicialindependence #India #collegium

The decision of Biju Janata Dal leader and former Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik, to formally appoint a shadow cabinet in the state legislature is a welcome move that should be replicated in Parliament and other states. A shadow cabinet promotes government accountability, increases the relevance of the opposition, and provides citizens with an alternative government.
