Is it good to be back in the office? Absolutely! After working from home for a while, I'm glad to be back at the office. Here are some perks I’ve missed: 1. Collaboration: Nothing beats face-to-face brainstorming sessions and spontaneous discussions. 2. Networking: The chance encounters, and hallway conversations spark new ideas and connections. 3. Productivity: A dedicated workspace enhances focus and minimizes distractions. 4. Team Spirit: Sharing a space strengthens our camaraderie and keeps the team spirit alive. While working from home has its benefits, there’s something special about the energy and buzz of the office. Here's to balance the best of both worlds!

Office perks - what’s in your top three? Home working is ace - but we needed something more at this stage of our journey. So Click Communicate has taken up residence in a fantastic co-working space called Patch. Here’s what we’ve learnt so far about the benefits of being in the office: ✅ ** Focus ** Today I’m writing a workshop and know I can crack on and get it done in an environment that’s perfectly set up for maximum productivity ✅ ** Collaboration ** Clare Fleerackers and I know from experience that we need to be together for brainstorming, planning and collaborative work. We're opening the doors for 48 hours to Taleist’s virtual co-working for anyone who wants to give it a try. It’s hard to convince anyone how much more productive you can be when your computer screen includes a load of video boxes of other people working… … even though those people might be hidden behind whatever you’re working on (if you don’t have a two- or three-monitor set-up). So we're going to give you the best possible proof… A chance to see for yourself. In Taleist’s membership community, the virtual co-working sessions are between 10 and 11 am (Sydney time) on Wednesdays. If you’d like to come at 10 am this Wednesday, the doors are open between now and then. After that, you are welcome to join The Obvious Choice on an ongoing basis as a virtual co-worker for $50/month. Being a virtual co-working member will give you access to every virtual co-working session, but not to the monthly training, the library, or the ongoing Q&As in our community, The Obvious Choice. You’re probably thinking it sounds strange to charge for virtual co-working when it’s “just” faces on a screen. However, we’ve seen again and again that people don’t value what they don’t pay for. And with virtual co-working, the whole point is that you’re more productive but only when you show up, so there’s a small charge as an incentive. However, there's no charge if you come this Wednesday, and you should come. If you love it, you'll love it. And if you don’t love it, just cancel.
