The other day, I came across Yasmin's post about women and entrepreneurship, posing the question: Why aren’t there more women entrepreneurs?
And it got me thinking..
From day one, we've been striving to make our company gender balanced —not because it sounds good or looks nice in team photos, but because we truly believe different perspectives drive better ideas.
And guess what? We're still mostly interviewing men (shocking).
I’ve heard the usual reasons. But I don’t buy it. The issue isn’t talent—it’s opportunity and representation.
