House hunting in Singapore can be really hard, mostly because of the lack of reliable information and statistics. Over the last few weeks, I decided to try to answer some of my own questions about the HDB resale market by creating a Streamlit app using housing data from Open Government Products' data.gov.sg. It's been really interesting to look at prices by neighborhood, resale price appreciation over time, and in general, just being able to visualize transactions on a map.
