I was so inspired by the work of other #founders around me. But here’s the thing: Too often, early-stage and first-time founders get hooked on attending networking events and talking endlessly about their ventures. Building connections is great, but if you don’t know how to turn them into real opportunities, you risk stalling your venture before it even takes off. All that talk often leads nowhere, and before you know it, you've wasted years just chatting with peers about your ideas. You build connections, but you don’t know how to leverage them effectively. Here is the best practice: Never walk into any room without a clear goal!!! Ask yourself, “Why am I here?” and reason it out. Be wise with your time and connections.
