I'm always amazed at the number of organisations that complain about their delivery processes, but don't use the data they have available to them to understand what is going on. Your workflow tools have a wealth of information and insights you can tap into that give you ideas to experiment with that can lead to real improvement. Just think of the questions you want to ask... ⌛ How long is work taking to get through the process? ⚠ How big are the work items? 🔙 Is work stalling or going backwards? ⛔ Is there too much work in the system? ...and then see what insights you can gain from your data. #deliveryprocess #improvement #agile
