I have been seeing a LOT of LinkedIn posts and videos on Trust recently. It's interesting how much 'we' seem to be re-acknowledging (is that a word?) how important trust is. Both from a leadership AND a sales perspective. Like, if you don't have trust, none of the other stuff you are doing matters. ❌ If your people don't trust you, you are done as a leader ❌ If your prospects/customers don't trust you, sales do not happen I saw this image below as part of an article in the Harvard Business Review and it made sense to me (Article link in comments below) For both the Sales Growth Academy (SGA), and the brand new Leadership Development Academy (LDA), we have a course on Trust in our initial grouping of courses. Check out the link in the comments below
And here is info on the SBD Growth course on Trust https://www.sbdgrowth.ca/the-human-side-of-leadership/trust-in-leadership
Is this rooted in Logos/Ethos/Pathos?
