Our second prediction is that the M&A activity is going to be very strong in 2025. There is a lot of pressure from big corporations, strategic ones, strategic acquirers to accelerate their EI transformation. And so I anticipate that many companies will be acquired to help make that happen. And then on the financial buyers, the private equity firms. There is also a lot of pent up demand, IE dry powder capital that hasn't been invested yet. And so a lot of companies are going to be taken off the market by these private equity firms.
