Scentre Group (Owner of Westfield destinations in Aus and NZ)’s Post

Recently, 16 leaders from across our business participated in the first two-day session for our 2024 Female Leadership Program. As one of our key Gender Equity initiatives, the program is designed to enable a pipeline of female leaders, by equipping them with the tools to take on more senior and diverse roles across the organisation. Katie Paull, our General Manager Asset Management and program leader, said “The Female Leadership Program is a great platform, providing the structure, content, and peer support to do what leaders so rarely have time and space to do — reflect on their leadership and careers in the context of who they are and what they want to achieve with their lives.” “We recognise that there are some unique differences in the way our female leaders can approach pursuing career growth and opportunities as compared to others. “The program is intended to address some of these differences by creating a safe environment for each participant to discuss their beliefs and behaviours as leaders in our business and empower our female talent to lead in their own, authentic way, inspiring others to do the same.” “What’s incredible is what this will unlock for our business – I’m excited to see what’s next.” #femaleleadership #genderequity
