This National Work Life Week, we’re shining the spotlight on our People team and the policies and processes they’ve created to support our team’s work-life balance ⚖️ We recognise that life affects work in many ways—and that's OK. Our team is made up of working parents, lunchtime runners, therapygoers, and, most of all, real humans with real-life stuff to manage. From flexible working to mental wellness support, and parental leave to compassionate leave, we ensure we support our team through big life events and day-to-day life realities. We also believe in balance when it comes to finding the role of your dreams. Our hiring processes are designed to ensure landing a job with us doesn’t become a full-time job in itself! We clearly outline role expectations, define success, disclose the compensation range, and map out the hiring process—giving our candidates confidence in the time they invest in the interview process.
