Scaling Success with Savory Fund: Harrison’s Role in a $50M+ Restaurant Expansion As experiential dining continues to trend, Harrison is excited to partner with Savory Fund and The Maggiore Group to expand The Sicilian Butcher, The Sicilian Baker, and Hash Kitchen across major U.S. markets. Backed by Savory Fund’s $50M+ combined investment in the Maggiore concepts, Harrison’s designs have been integral in scaling operations, celebrating each concept’s personality, while maintaining each brand’s unique identity. When Harrison began its partnership with Savory, there were three existing locations of The Sicilian Butcher and The Sicilian Baker within the portfolio. Recently, the Harrison designed Fort Worth, TX location opened with additional sites in Dallas, TX, San Antonio TX, and Nashville, TN slated to open in 2025. Harrison has collaborated with Savory Fund on 13 Hash Kitchen locations across 5 States to date, creating Instagrammable spaces with elements like a live DJ booth, Bloody Mary bar, and the brands first build-your-own donut bar. Hash Kitchen continues its growth with the recently opened Pearland, TX location and the soon-to-open Webster, TX and Salt Lake, UT sites. Harrison’s scalable, consumer-driven designs have been crucial in maintaining the heart of each brand while adapting them for efficient growth.
