We all have atleast the basic knowledge on Gen AI, in case not, please go through the Gen AI videos on my channel. Wonder how Gen AI models are evaluated? 🤔 There is a framework called as RAGAs (RAG Assessment) which evaluates the RAG pipeline without the traditional human intervention process, join us today to understand more about RAGAs. Date: 23rd Nov Time: 6pm IST 💡Link: https://lnkd.in/gUpytV-D Who all will be joining this LIVE?🖖 #genai #genaievaluation #ragpipeline #ragas #llmevaluation

This innovative approach merges historical topographic maps with AI algorithms to identify potential well locations, aiding teams as they prioritize them for plugging. This process helps mitigate methane emissions and safeguard water resources. It's crucial to explore new methodologies as your competitors may already be doing so. #OilAndGas #AIResearch #OrphanedWells #EdmontonAI #YEGTech #YYCInnovation #AlbertaEnergy #AIDevelopment #OilTech Learn more: [AI Helps Researchers Dig Through Old Maps to Find Lost Oil and Gas Wells](https://lnkd.in/g2qD7Xrf)

Narrative, shaping AI technologies similarly to nuclear ones (all these references to Manhattan like project and so on) implicitly creates an impression of something that could be contained and handled by group of bright minds, successfully taking care of using it for the good of humanity and avoiding any harm from it. However, IMO, just one illustration of how easily AI could produce complexity outside of the level of complexity approachable by top notch specialists could brake this utopian picture: 'With the 37th move in the match's second game, AlphaGo landed a surprise on the right-hand side of the 19-by-19 board that flummoxed even the world's best Go players, including Lee Sedol. "That's a very strange move," said one commentator, himself a nine dan Go player, the highest rank there is. "I thought it was a mistake," said the other.' AI models have so fat-tailed possible outcomes distribution, that looks like the safest way of applying of this technology is one provided by open source model, when tens of millions of engineers will be working with tens of thousands different models tuned from tens of different foundational models. Not tens of thousands in selected laboratories, but tens of millions engineers worldwide, working deeply inside the models on daily basis - IMO, that's the safer way to handle technology with such fat-tailed distribution. Your thoughts?

Another insightful panel discussion took place at the #AIOG2024 Conference in Houston today, featuring Raoushan Ummulwara and Srimoyee Bhattacharya as panelists. The conference highlighted the importance of industrial AI and worker augmentation in the industry. Kudos to the panelists for sharing their valuable insights. Let's continue to do more and innovate with AI in the oil and gas sector. #AI_in_Oil_and_Gas #industrial_AI #worker_augmentation #do_more Canvass AI

My Dad was a helicopter designer, so I grew up being somewhat fascinated by them. I still pause when I hear the "whop, whop, whop" of the blades. So, it's cool to see how sophisticated artificial intelligence tools now can be mounted onto a helicopter to inspect power lines and detect cracks, leaks and other flaws much, much faster. #AI #GridTechnologies #EnergyTransmission
