Lots of time we hear from early stage companies that what if my developers are not updating their ticket status in jira properly, resulting in inaccurate data . We have come up with a metric called " Speeding transition " which will basically tells you if your developers are properly updating their statuses in real time . This is an important metric to track the process hygiene of your engineering team and ensures that your team uses the workflow management tool properly .
