I point blank refused to 'niche down' for the first couple of years in my coaching business. Because creative, highly sensitive, multi-passionate (and sometimes neurodivergent) coaches and consultants like you and me refuse to be put in a box. ❌ There is no label that does what we do and how we do it justice. Our uniqueness is what makes us stand out from the crowd. Put the pressure to niche down is real. And for good reason. It makes good biz sense. ✅ Marketing becomes less overwhelming - for both your audience and you ✅ You become known as a specialist and go-to in your field ✅ You stand out from your peers But instead of trying to find a box to shoe-horn yourself into, how about you create your OWN niche? How about you BECOME your niche? This is what I teach in Pinpoint Your Purpose & Profit Niche™️, my 6 week mini programme that kicked off yesterday with 7 amazing, purpose-led coaches and consultants. I won’t be running the live programme again until 2025 but it will be available to buy as a self-directed course very soon. 🎉 So if you’d like to hear about it first (and bag one of the 5 x juicy bonus 1:1 sessions) comment below with the word PINPOINT. There’ll be no obligation to sign up, but you’ll get first dibs on the bonus 1:1 (worth nearly £300!) if you decide to. 😉 Tag a fellow coach who is also waaay to special to fit into a box 📦 and let's share the love. ❤️ #intuitivebusiness #kinderbusiness #adhd #businesscoach #coachforwomen #youareyoursuperpower #nichedown

🌟 Are you ready to embrace the idea that it’s okay to want more out of life? 🌟 Hi, I'm Alan, a coach based in Dublin, and my mission is simple: I want to help people realise that they deserve more—and can take action to get it. As someone who’s walked the creative path, late diagnosed with ADHD, I understand the unique challenges life can throw your way, whether you're an artist struggling with consistency or a new business owner trying to build solid systems. I’m here to help you navigate those challenges, create sustainable changes, and take meaningful steps towards the life you’ve always envisioned. My passion lies in: -Creating a safe space where people feel heard, seen, and connected on their growth journey. -Empowering individuals to take action and build resilience, confidence, and self-belief. -Supporting artists and creatives in rejecting the "starving artist" myth and discovering their true potential. -Helping entrepreneurs with ADHD establish systems that fuel personal and professional growth. I believe that the world needs more creativity and ambition, not less. I’m building a community focused on acceptance, collaboration, and encouragement—a space where people can chase after their dreams and gain the confidence to make those dreams a reality. If you're ready to explore your true potential and take that next step in your life or business, let's connect! Feel free to reach out with any questions or to jump on a call if you would like to discuss how coaching can support you. 🚀 #Coaching #PersonalGrowth #CreativeEntrepreneurs #ADHD #Mindset #Support

I'm one of life's worriers. Particularly about my online content. In addition to, well, literally every single thing about my business and my life. I worry a lot about how I show up online; about whether I'm being authentic, or trying to people-please. About not showing up enough; not being ever-present like many I see. And THEN I have something like this to share, and I worry that it's vanity at best, showing-off at worst. So today, I'm ignoring those thoughts and thinking about the fact that I can show up to say - I'm actually out here, DOING THE THING. And it's ok to be proud of that. And it's ok to talk about it. So here's what I've been doing instead of being brilliant at posting: 🥁 Completing even more ADHD-specific training, one of four courses I've committed to in the first half of the year 🥁 Delivering more than 250 hours of ADHD business coaching in my first year of offering this service 🥁 Filling my entire coaching diary and having to bring in a waitlist system - and having people with ADHD sign up for coaching with me even with a 9-week wait to start 🥁 Designing a group program with Charlotte Forbes when we identified there was a massive customer need for lower cost solutions to the absence of post-diagnosis support in the UK 🥁 Starting a sales-free newsletter which is 100% purely and entirely about value, not about marketing, to protect our brains from *always being sold to* 🥁 Creating a Technicolour community, free to join for those we work with, so that post-coaching the brilliant businesses I work with aren't just left floundering. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off for a lil nap... #adhdsupport #adhdcoaching #entrepreneurship #moredoinglesstalking

Many people with #ADHD don't know how coaching can help them. So what can #coaching do for you if you're #neurodivergent? Lots of things, including (but not limited to): * Discovering and developing strengths * Emotional intelligence * Flexible thinking * Focus and attention * Impulse control * Interpersonal skills * Motivation * Organizational skills * Planning and prioritizing * Problem solving * Self-awareness * Self-confidence * Setting/reaching goals * Speaking up for yourself * Time management Coaching doesn't replace medication or therapy. But it can make medication or therapy more effective. That's because coaching can help you get unstuck. It helps you build the self-awareness, skills, strategies, and structures you need. Design a path forward that truly fits you. And finally make the changes you want. Maybe you weren't ready for coaching. But you may be now. Why not give it a try?

Choice is so important. Find a coach that you connect with, that you trust, that is well trained and can support you. #accesstowork #adhdcoaching #coaching
A reminder for folks who are getting an 'Access to Work' assessment and support. You are presented with a list of 'ADHD Coaches' and 'Workplace Strategy Coaches' BUT you are able to choose your own! Please do not feel pressured to use the ones presented to you. I have heard so many stories of folks finally feeling they are getting the support they need then struggling to make progress with coaches. Your coach is there to support YOU and your needs. If you feel you are not making progress, please get support to voice this. This is your time and your access needs! You worked hard to get the support and deserve for it to accommodate your needs and goals. I need a whole other post about how coaching is regulated, will leave that one for another day *deep heavy sigh*

I’m excited to share Diane Mahoney’s experience with my coaching. Diane found me through a coaching forum and connected with my no-nonsense approach, which was exactly what she needed to overcome her obstacles. My expertise in coaching entrepreneurial women with ADHD was an added bonus. Diane’s journey involved gaining clarity on her purpose, finding her zone of genius, and maintaining momentum in building her business, without succumbing to self-doubt. She said, "This was the accountability I needed to get out of my own way and do the things that without someone kicking me in the ass, I would just as easily put off." She highlighted the importance of working with me one-on-one, instead of joining a group coaching program: "There is no substitution for someone who is focused completely on you and your potential." Diane’s sessions with me helped her stay focused and accountable, leading to significant progress. If you’re an entrepreneur with ADHD seeking clarity and accountability to achieve your goals, let’s connect.
