𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲? 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. A recent conversation with my guest Jesse Rivas sparked a profound question: Who are we beneath the layers of roles, responsibilities, and societal expectations? This conversation became a catalyst for deeper thought about identity and the role self-reflection plays in uncovering it. Here are my thoughts.... 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝, shaped by personal values, social connections, cultural influences, and our ever-evolving life experiences. But it’s easy to lose touch with our authentic selves amidst the noise of daily life. That’s where self-reflection becomes essential.  𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫, offering us clarity about who we are, what we stand for, and how our past experiences have shaped us. It’s also a tool for growth, helping us align with our values and bridge the gap between who we are now and who we aspire to become. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝:  - What core values guide my decisions?   - How do my social roles influence my sense of self?   - What legacy do I want to leave behind?  𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜, it evolves as we grow, learn, and adapt.
