Last week, our Lake Elmo office came together for our year-end business planning meeting, where we each shared our vision and goals for our businesses in 2025. We awarded 3 individuals in our office who had and outstanding year in 2024 – congratulations to Kevin Snelling , Joel Seleskie, and Dan Rehurek. Kevin received “The Gazelle” Award, revered as a symbol of agility adaptability and survival. Joel received “The Lion” award, which signifies courage, strength, and ferocity. Dan received the “Breakaway” award as recognition of having a year when past performance was significantly exceeded, demonstrating growth, both personally and professionally. Congratulations to our award winners, and for the whole office on having a great year! We look forward to continuing to see the impact you create within your communities and for your clients.
