He is currently Industrialization Manager at Debiopharm Research and Manufacturing SA.   💥 Why did he join the EMBA program? “As my career progressed, I found myself facing a need to expand my knowledge in management and decision-making. I grappled with numerous questions: How to stay innovative? How to navigate technological shifts in a highly regulated environment? How to foster a culture of innovation? How to choose the right technologies and deliver them to the customer? How to align our leadership with these initiatives? Seeking answers to these questions led me to the EMBA program. I was not only drawn by EPFL's global reputation, but also by the program's meaningful content and its focus on innovation and technology. I can't wait to found the answers ! “   👨💻 What is his best learning experience so far? “Each lesson in this program has been enriching, equipping me with valuable tools that I could apply not only for streamlining everyday business operations but also to understand a company's business dynamics deeply. The digital transformation lectures, in particular, were excellent. They didn't just broaden my horizons regarding the plethora of technologies available from an industry perspective; they enabled me to articulate key elements of a digital strategy to accelerate our transition. 🌟 Unlocking the Potential of Future Pharmacists 🌟 Today, I had the privilege of attending the Pharma Incubation Hub opening ceremony, where distinguished keynote speakers shared valuable insights. ✨The first speaker, Jude Nwokike, emphasized the importance of both patient-focused and product-focused practice in the Pharmacy profession. He also encouraged us to connect not only locally but globally especially in our areas of interest and subject to life-long learning. ✨Sano Samuel 's advice to step outside my comfort zone reminded me to embrace new opportunities. ✨If 16 years experience could be shared in 30mins, 'Kemi Sope-Agbebi shared her journey of growth and the power of connection. She emphasized on being a person of value, creating value and being intentional about networking with people across multiple industries. ✨She divided our life's journey into 3 stages; how you start, how you progress and how you multiply (IMPACT). Looking back on the past six months, I’m filled with gratitude for many learning opportunities Roche has provided me. It’s been a great experience and a honor to work alongside many supportive colleagues — true experts in the cold chain transportation, knowledgeable logistics professionals, and skilled mentors. Key takeaways for myself: - Collaboration really matters: Whether between carriers and forwarders, forwarders and manufacturers, across manufacturers internally - every link in this SC counts, especially when it’s all about getting healthcare products to those who need them. - Communication is (still) everything - Data is at the very heart of every project. High-quality data is game-changer - Continuous improvement sets us apart, and it starts with small steps. One of the highlights for me was working closely with Michael Gade. Thank you for having full trust in me, constantly motivating me, and being such a supportive mentor. A special thank also to the Global Transportation Management team and the Quality Team for the great collaboration and valuable insights. And till we meet again! I’m super excited to start my Master’s program Global Logistics at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and begin a new chapter with 4flow as a Working Student in 4flow management team. Cheers to new beginnings and the new journey ahead!

Increased visibility and access in the biotech community in Boston and beyond. I have gotten opportunities that developed organically from the network of people they bring together. 2. The mentor network is vast, deeply knowledgeable and very accessible. It's not every day you get the benefit of the collective braintrust of multiple current/former CEOs of large companies & innovate biotechs when you need it. 3. My cohort is filled with some of the most genuine, smart and thoughtful people. We are having fun and I expect we'll be connected for the long haul. 4. I never met Henry Termeer, but I now feel like I know him through the countless lives he touched, people he inspired and how all of them show up in the world. Whether it is the staff of the Foundation, the network full of people who he mentored, or the brilliant Belinda Termeer, I have had nothing but positive interactions that are remarkably consistent in their tone and demonstrated values. What an amazing legacy he left and a new goal for which to strive as I continue my own career: to live on through the actions of others.

🎓 Another Milestone Achieved! One more course completed on my journey toward earning executive certificates from the MIT Sloan School of Management. The fundamental idea: AI isn’t just about technology—it’s about reshaping businesses, individuals, and society. 💡 This course focused on developing my new skills to build successful digital transformation journeys: - Implementing AI into organizations effectively. - Adopting a holistic approach that balances innovation with ethical responsibility. - Organizing team roles and defining financial metrics. - Delivering values to end users while ensuring privacy and enhancing system performance. - Navigation AI’s opportunities - from mitigating biases to driving responsible digital transformation. This program turned out to be quite challenging! And it wouldn’t have been possible without the exceptional guidance of MIT’s professors and the incredible support of my new MIT family❤️

🌐 Unlocking Opportunities Through Professional Organization Involvement 🌐 Recently, I attended an insightful Pharma Incubation Hub town hall discussion on the importance of joining professional pharmacy organizations. The session, facilitated by Vincent Korboi and Ferdinand Damankah on the PIH Cohort 6 platform, addressed why getting involved in these organizations can be a game-changer for pharmacy students. Here’s what stood out: 1️⃣ The Status Quo & Why It Needs Changing Current challenges in pharmacy education and the profession require students to broaden their networks, stay informed on industry trends, and collaborate across borders. Professional organizations help fill this gap. 2️⃣ Benefits of Joining Pharmacy Organizations From access to mentorship, workshops, and networking events to enhancing one's career trajectory, the benefits of being part of these organizations are invaluable. These experiences equip students with industry insights, leadership skills, and potential career opportunities. 3️⃣ Getting Involved Joining these organizations is simpler than many think! It starts with connecting with student chapters, participating in events, and taking advantage of introductory memberships offered by many organizations.
