The day was filled with: 📝 Reflections on our achievements and tasks to refine our ways of working 🌟 Honest conversations about how we can grow and work smarter as a team 🎄 A festive icebreaker to get us into the Christmas spirit 🎁 Secret Santa surprises and Christmassy activities 🏆 Our very own Team Awards (I was thrilled to win the 'Ideas Tornado Award'!) Most importantly, it was a fantastic opportunity to come together, celebrate our successes, align on our commitments, and collaborate on exciting plans for the year ahead.
