🎉 Project Highlight: ManEx Bottle Unscrambler Machine I’m excited to share a recent project I contributed to at ManEx Systems: the ManEx Bottle Unscrambler Machine, powered by two Omron IX4-650 robots! 🤖🤖 This machine was designed to optimize production lines with features like: *⚡ High Speed: Processes 60 bottles per minute , meeting demanding operational needs. *🔄 Flexibility: Supports over 20 recipes, adapting easily to different production requirements. *🧴Versatility: Handles bottle sizes ranging from 0.5L to 5L 🧴, ensuring broad compatibility. I had the opportunity to work on programming and integrating the robotics 💻, ensuring the Omron IX4-650 robots performed flawlessly. This project was a rewarding experience and a step forward in industrial automation 🔧.
