Gather Ads Start by collecting a bunch of ads from your industry—competitors, similar demographics, related needs. Get a variety. 2. Create a Board Stick or organise these ads onto a board—physical or digital. Group them by themes, messaging, visuals—whatever makes sense. Take note. 4. Spot the Gaps Now, here's the kicker. Instead of copying what others are doing, find what they're not doing. Look for gaps in messaging, visuals, or tone. 5. Be unique Fill those gaps with something unique to your brand. It could be highlighting special product features, using a different tone, or trying out new creative types. 6. Bimpe is a newbie on social media ad but here's a few steps Bimpe took to help her on setting a successful ad for a beauty and cosmetic store. ~~1. Choose your campaign type: Decide whether you want to run a Search, Display, Shopping, or Video campaign. ~~2. Set your budget: Determine how much money you're willing to spend on your Google Ads campaign. ~~3. Target your audience: Choose who you want to see your ads by specifying demographics, interests, locations, and other criteria. ~~4. Create your ad: Write compelling ad copy that appeals to your target audience and includes a clear call-to-action. ~~5. Monitor your campaign: Adjust your campaign settings as needed to improve its effectiveness. ~~6. Experiment with different ad types: Google Ads offers a variety of ad formats, including text, image, and video ads.
