E for Embedded, E for Exception .
Students start embedded systems AKA customized computing machines journey with confusion.
1: What is size of int ? 2, 4
2: What is size of long long ? 4, 8
3: There is long int but no long float
4: First printf("Hello Word"); statement itself throws MISRAC violation message.
5: You may come across terms blind , buried, naked , bare , quarter , half , full etc. I can't teach these in my Hindi medium classes😊 .
Embedded system is vast and few guys feel expertise just after 2-3 years of experience. They wonder why companies prefer minimum 8-10 years experience for senior level.
I did a reboot to refresh 8-bit level also. Our current developer kit products are named as Regular, Strong, Premium and Ultra . One can enjoy learning various embedded system tips and it lasts for long duration.
Here are some updates on the latest activities at Embedkari.
1: One month Getting started for Embedded software development almost completed for September batch. We completed SPI yesterday and now only RTOS left. Few Premium or Ultra kit students will start C++ and Linux Application development now.
2: October batch is ready for ARM baremetal live sessions. It includes MS, CDAC, Vector India trained students. There are working folks as well.
A few students were preparing C and 8051 for the last one month because they are trying the MCU for the first time. Most of these are trying to switch domains from non-development to development.
All October batch students will go through three workshops in the beginning itself.
SPMW (28th September): Native software development, structure padding, Pointer , static/dynamic Memory management etc. It will cover most of the common interview questions. It is planned for 4 hours.
Core2Core(29th September): It will cover a brief idea about 8051, STM32, NxP devices . 8051 workshop with simple peripherals such as keypad, Seven segment, LCD etc.
LASW(2nd October): It will cover few lessons of ARM baremetal workshop including Linker , Cortex M, Thumb programming using STM32, startup code and bootloader concepts.
We planned these workshops in advance because now only three months left for 2024 and forthcoming holidays.
These workshops are available to non-developer kit students as well. Each can be purchased separately.
We have provision of 10 days live session courses on C, C++ and Python. Python course includes recorded version of ML.
We try our best to make students ready for competition with better confidence level.
I don't have competition with anyone but my students have.
Have a Great day !
