Forget your five a day, it's all about 30 plants a week. I tried it a few times, it's really hard! If I was still doing it - which I imagine many of H&B's health-conscious shoppers do - I'd be pretty pleased to find something that ticks off four plants. 🥫But can you imagine this being on the front of a snack 15 years ago? Nope. But the H&B customer is not the same as it was back then either. There's a lesson here for SMEs: Just because you invested in figuring out your content or marketing strategy when you started out, doesn't mean it's right for the business you are today. 🛑Are you still selling to the same customer base or has it expanded to cover more groups? 🛑Do the same things matter to them now as they did back then? 🛑Is the business still the same as it was three, five, 10 years ago? If no, it might be time to review your content strategy to make sure you're still putting out the right messages for your target audience. PS.
