Here are some tricks: 1) Convey actual benifits of Subscribing. for instance, communicate with your viewers that they might miss-out on the next topic that we are going to cover therefore it's beneficial for them to subscribe. While covering a topic if a concept has been explained in a crunched manner then convey that we will also do a video about that topic, so subscribe to watch that video. Or We post daily at 7PM, subscribe so that you wont miss it 2) Declair the commitments. What do you stand for? How do we represent your voice? Why you should support us? These are the commitments that you should communicate with your viewers. It gives them a purpose to be a member of your clan. Growing Pains and Absolute Chaos. I thought winter was supposed to be "our down time" for the year. Since harvest is over and planting hasn't started, I assumed I would be able to slow down a little this winter and get some more of the "details" ironed out on the business side of things. Well I was wrong. We doubled in size again (as in we went from 2 full time to 4 full time people, not that big a deal but hey I am still figuring out this whole running a business thing, so its a lot to keep track of in my head), I have been traveling every other week for either trade shows or meetings, and on top of that we are somehow managing to still create content exclusively to SERVE Ag with zero ROI so far on that. So. Why am I going on about all this? 2 years ago I set out to create a business whose sole job would be to SERVE Ag by creating high quality content specifically created to reach audiences on social media and Youtube. I felt there was a huge gap in what this industry was spending on media and the actual quality of the media delivered and usefulness as a whole. So 2 years in, I have been proven I am not crazy and that what we have been doing needs to be done. So once again, why I am I saying this? Because society as a whole needs to know where their food comes from. And they aren't learning about it from mail in flyers. We need as an entire industry shift our idea of what it looks like to reach customers, but more importantly, society as a whole. So, action step: Get on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Youtube. Start sharing your story. Connecting with folks outside the industry. Be Bold. Get out of your comfort zone. Don't be willing to complain about how no one knows where their food comes from online if you aren't willing to solve the problem yourself. Lastly if your business wants to be a part of it but don't know where to start, DM me.
