Sander Tideman’s Post

Today it is even more clear than when I wrote this book 8 years ago: Positive change is more likely to come from businesses than from governments. Now we need to understand 'how' business can become instruments for societal change.

After a brief, inspiring moment with the Dalai Lama(the 14th), I was reminded of this insightful book and wanted to recommend the following to others who are interested in Business and Social Change. "Business as an Instrument for Societal Change: In Conversation with the Dalai Lama", Authored by Sander Tideman, Published by Routledge Taylor & Francis Group. The Dalai Lama rarely speaks directly on business and leadership. Yet in these dialogues, his wisdom—combined with insights from prominent leaders—offers a powerful shift toward interconnectedness, with profound lessons for professionals and general readers. My relationship with this book is solely as a reader—it was published long before I joined T&F.
