My customers have booked 100s of outbound meetings using my email framework this year. One secret = The first word. Bad Examples: - ''I'' - ''We'' - ''How'' - ''Hope'' - ''Trust'' They're all about you you you. Better Examples: - ''Saw'' - ''Read'' - ''Noticed'' - ''Listened'' - ''{first name}'' This is more about them them them. Either; 1. make it a verb 2. use their first name. - Verbs show you've taken action [99% of sellers don't] - First names get their attention [everyone loves their name] Build from there. PS. When writing your next outbound email and thinking about subject lines. Don't overthink it. You can just open your own email. Take a look at your inbox. And scan the last 20-30 subject lines of the emails you've opened. That's it. How were they structured? What did they say? Who were they from? How did they capture your attention? It's not about being clever. It's just about being normal.

Take this typical cold email pitch: “This will save you time and trouble.” It’s generic and ineffective. Everyone says that. Now swap it for: “You shouldn’t have to hard-paste entire Excel pages into Google Sheets and then manually make adjustments one sheet at a time to determine payouts.” That’s better. Why? It’s what a customer said. It’s crispy. Prospects securely think, “You get me. What do you have?” Don’t write how you talk. Write how your customers talk. Good cold email copy isn’t written, it’s found.
