If your work at office isn't interesting, your life can't be. People usually carry their office in their minds, wherever they go. If they carry pleasant thoughts, they are happy at work. If are not happy, they carry stress, pressure and tension. Lucky are those that carry pleasantness all around. Move to a better place, if your workplace isn't creating happiness, but stress instead. You deserve better. It's not salary, but job satisfaction that generates happiness. #lifeatwork #workplacehappiness #corporateworld #venkyvibes

As we enjoy the freedom to work from different places in our workplace and take part in various activities, our senior says to complete your task and do whatever you want to do all day long, flexible leave policy, etc. I wanted to share a message close to my heart. When our company gives us the freedom to choose how and where we work, etc. it's because they want us to feel comfortable and happy while we work. These days, companies value a mix of skills like problem-solving, teamwork, and good communication, as well as positive qualities like sincerity, dedication, creating a friendly work environment, and building trust with our team. Whether it's about award and recognition or your growth in monetary terms or designation trust me multiple parameters are considered. It's also about the value we add to our team, the trust we build, and the positive energy we bring to our workplace. I feel that by working with this positive attitude, I've gained trust and built a great relationship with my company. I understand money matters but give it a try and make yourself so good that you are not only noticed by the revenue you generate but also be noticed as a good employee, amazing human, kind person with a good heart, etc. Let's Inhale sabr (patience) and exhale shukr (gratitude). in our work environment. Give give give more and one day all energy and hard work will pay off. It's hard I know, not to think about your growth and keep working hard but you are noticed by the managers, by the owners, by your family, friends colleagues, energies around you, and even the universe. Here's to growing together and making a positive impact! Just like you have your goals and dreams, someone else has also built a company for you to work in, and they've chosen you to be part of their team. We're all in this together, supporting each other every step of the way. Let's make those dreams come true! #happyworking #smileandwork #workculture

Having stability in employment is important for both employers and employees. One way to measure stability is by looking at the percentage of employees who express a desire to stay with the company for a long-term career. But stability isn't just about job security. When you have balance in your life, work becomes an entirely different experience. There's a passion that moves you to a whole new level of fulfillment and gratitude, and that's when you can do your best, for yourself and for others. Remember, work-life balance is not an entitlement or benefit. Your company cannot give it to you. You have to create it for yourself. Working smarter is learning to prioritize, plan and focus our energies with meaningful intent. Lastly, everyone wants to be appreciated, so if you appreciate someone, don't keep it a secret. Share your gratitude and build stronger relationships with your colleagues. I had spent 80% of my professional career with majorly Two organisations. The benefits are Infinite/ 360 degrees but unfortunately people measure everyone with In-hand salary only. #employmentStability #workLifeBalance #gratitude #employement #lifelearning

Workplace Rules for a Happy Life: 1. Trust cautiously but respect everyone. 2. Keep office matters at work; avoid mixing work and home gossip. 3. Arrive on time and leave on time; prioritize your health over desk work. 4. Avoid romantic relationships at work to prevent complications. 5. Expect nothing; appreciate help, but learn to be self-sufficient. 6. Promotions are secondary; your knowledge and attitude matter more than titles. 7. Don’t be consumed by office work; life offers more important pursuits. 8. Keep your ego in check; your salary compensates for your efforts. 9. Stay humble, regardless of how others treat you. 10. In the end, family, friends, and inner peace are what truly matter.

These days brings a lot of discussion about work/life balance. It's fair to be asked if you value your employment to the same degree that you claim you should be valued. Among the large volume of discussions about how many fewer hours can be worked, it may help to consider the past, present and future, as well as other perspective. Did you parents drive to work less? Your grandparents? Your friends? Will your children work less? I often work 6, even 7 days a week. In this same world that people around me with fewer skills, less education and very little world experience, make demands to work far fewer hours and make far more money. Why? #1 - We still live in a world driven by financial gain. #2 - I love and value my job/employment. #3 - I value my clients' time and money. #4 - Respect is earned through shared values and I strive to earn respect. (Don't make the mistake of assuming this includes everyone's respect because it doesn't) So, next time you think you deserve better, consider your parents and grandparents and everyone else around you working hard to make things work, instead of convincing themselves that they deserve special treatment for being ordinary.

Balancing Professional and Personal Life: A PerspectiveAs I head into work each day, I make a conscious effort to set aside personal matters, embracing my role as a representative of our company. On the job floor, I focus on the bigger picture and prioritize our collective goals over individual concerns. This approach helps me contribute effectively and maintain professionalism.Upon returning home, I shift gears to navigate and balance my personal life, ensuring that I’m fully present for both career and personal commitments. This delicate balancing act reminds me that while work is important, maintaining harmony between our professional responsibilities and personal well-being is essential. It’s crucial for all of us to recognize the importance of this balance and not let personal challenges impact our professional roles. By doing so, we not only enhance our own productivity but also contribute positively to our teams and organizations.Let’s continue to support each other in managing this balance and fostering a healthy work environment. Your thoughts and experiences on this topic are welcome!#WorkLifeBalance #Professionalism #CareerDevelopment #Emrillservicesllc

While work-life balance and personal choice are crucial, there can be a trade-off when someone chooses to work less, and "live" more—potentially leading to less traditional career success or slower progress in their professional goals. Can you, on the median, have both more "life" and more career/financial success. #showerthoughts #worklifebalance

Your boss and workplace are toxic if they label you a troublemaker for: 1. Using your vacation days 2. Asking for fair compensation 3. Pointing out mistakes or errors 4. Advocating for yourself or others 5. Respectfully voicing disagreement 6. Setting healthy work-life boundaries 7. Refusing to compromise your values Remember, being a 'troublemaker' is often just a label used to silence and control. You deserve a space where your work is honored, and your voice heard. I know how terrifying it can be. But if you want a workplace that respects and values you, sometimes, the bravest step isn't staying where it seems safe but walking towards the unknown. -- ❤️ and ♻️ this to advocate for workplaces where respect and empowerment replace fear and manipulation. 🆓 tools and resources to advance your career: https://lnkd.in/g6SpetfY #badboss #toxicworkplace #troublemaker #goodtrouble #corporate
