Check out my interview with Brian. TLDR from me on the Metaverse: 1. Not all that glitters is gold: The initial buzz around the Metaverse was largely hype. It felt more like a flashy, superficial showcase than a meaningful innovation. In many ways, it started as a solution searching for a problem. 2. Purpose over novelty: Companies should only require employees to engage in the Metaverse if it genuinely enhances productivity or job satisfaction. It shouldn't be adopted just because it's a trendy concept. The Metaverse needs to offer a truly distinct experience or provide tangible benefits, like improving work efficiency, facilitating navigation, or aiding in creative tasks. It can't merely replicate our physical world in digital form.
