It's really important to me that I educate females on how to recognise #narcissistic traits (#RedFlags), the importance of setting and keeping boundaries in relationships to remain mentally and physically safe, and what a healthy relationship looks like. ✨ This is alongside my coaching sessions of supporting females who are recovering from abusive relationships ✨ Because education and prevention are key to decreasing the amount of females who get sucked into an unhealthy relationship and experience #DomesticAbuse. I'd been unsure of my approach to getting started with the educational part of my business strategy, but after a session at The Growing Club CIC, led by Jacqueline Ballard, last week on 'Creative Website Content for Start Ups' it was suggested that I add a FAQs page to my website with educational content. I learnt lots of useful tips to improve my website and its reach during the session and have spent the last few evenings editing it, including a FAQs page which links to my new ✨blog!✨😁 The blog starts off with posts that link to the FAQs page, for instance 'What is a #Narcissist?' 'What is #CoerciveControl?' and 'What is #LoveBombing?' My blog will continue to develop over time with more posts related to my coaching niche, as well as mental health support and #coaching tools that can be used to improve #MentalWellbeing in females, who are suffering from #trauma and other #MentalHealth issues, due to the impact of being in an unhealthy relationship or with a narcissistic partner.
