Another amazing Gartner survey sharing important data! I just can't get over the first stat here on the lack of integration HR has within the organization!! Only 28% of HR leaders believe their strategic plan is integrated with the organization?! What else are we doing? 🤷🏾♀️ HR initiatives for the sake of launching initiatives is a waste of time! If you want to make a difference in the lives of your employees and to be a strategic business partner to the organization then you MUST ensure the HR initiatives are directly tied to the business needs and goals. Creating a fully aligned and integrated HR Department Strategic Plan turned things around for me as an HR Dept-of-One and it all starts with casting a vision for your department that's aligned with the organization too.
