Transforming Customer Experiences: A Day of Value Beyond the Booth Last week, what initially began as our support for Apartment Management Consultants LLC annual vendor trade show in Denver, Colorado, evolved into an extraordinary day that transcended the typical trade show experience. I took the opportunity to bring value beyond the trade show booth to bring together various teams from HD Supply all focused on delivering exceptional value. Here’s how our involvement unfolded: 1. Maintenence Training: C. Alyn Bailey Bailey Jr., our ACCELERATE™️ trainer, took center stage. In the morning session, nearly 30 maintenance professionals gathered to learn from Alyn. He delved into the intricacies of Kitchen Appliances Repair, sharing insights on diagnosing, repairing, and extending the lifespan of refrigerators, dishwashers, and ranges. Attendees left equipped with practical knowledge to enhance their maintenance practices. 2. Website and Smartphone App Demo: Post-lunch, the spotlight shifted to our digital offerings. 200 property managers and maintenance supervisors, responsible for overseeing a whopping 100+ properties with 18,000 units, eagerly participated and experienced a live demo hosted by Jeremiah S. showcasing our website and smartphone app. Attendees glimpsed into the future of our technology, witnessing how we continually enhance efficiency and effectiveness for our valued customers. 3. Trade Show Booth: Our Sales partners brilliantly leveraged the 'Big Top' theme for our booth, creating an immersive experience. We celebrated our partnership with AMC, leaving a lasting impression on visitors. The phenomenal trade show booth, meticulously designed by our regional Sales team, blended aesthetics, branding, and functionality, drawing in visitors and sparking conversations."** In summary, our trade show participation transcended the ordinary. It became a day of education, inspiration, and appreciation—a testament to our commitment to excellence.
