Public Affairs Officer at Clarion Housing Group

It was great to work on the Clarion Index 2024 launch event with Lucy Pond last week. The Clarion Index, now in its 13th year, involves surveying 2,000 Clarion residents which gives us a better understanding and insight into the way our residents experience day to day life. The results then help us better shape and target our services. As well as sharing the results, we also heard directly from residents and groups that are supported by Clarion. It was great see Clarion host our first in-person launch event and get stakeholders, researchers, and partners together to share and discuss the results. Well done to Dr Elanor Warwick,Kathy Ellis, MBA, and the SPEAR team for the work on the Index.

Director of Communications & External Affairs at Clarion Housing Group

Lat week we welcomed a range of stakeholders from across the sector to our offices for the launch of this year's Clarion Index. This annual survey of 2,000 residents helps us to build and deliver the services they need. We were delighted that Inside Housing could join us for an exclusive preview of this year's findings, which really highlight that the cost of living crisis is far from over for many of our residents. This was the first year that we've held an event to mark the launch of this report and the event really brought the report to life. We heard from residents and groups that are supported by Clarion Housing Group and had a chance to hear directly from them about their experience. A big thanks to Lucy Pond & Salman Anwar for delivering this event, as well as Dr Elanor Warwick Kathy Ellis, MBA and the whole of the SPEAR team for the work that goes into this project. https://lnkd.in/et63K8KY.
