The successful experiment of air layering for Acacia trees (talh) marks a significant breakthrough in the production of thorny plants. Air layering, a vegetative propagation technique that encourages root growth on branches without detaching them from the mother tree, offers a new avenue for producing Acacia trees in sizes suitable for various projects.
This achievement not only helps address the scarcity of Acacia trees in nurseries but also allows for the selection of the optimal time for cultivation, ensuring that these trees are available at reasonable prices and in greater variety. With the increasing demand for thorny plants for reforestation and environmental protection, the success of this experiment could lead to the larger-scale availability of these trees, contributing to environmental sustainability and boosting agricultural and reforestation project investments.

Although #Saudi_Aramco’s 1Q24 profits fell by 14.4% to $27.27 billion comparing to $31.9 billion in 1Q23, still has achieved better financials than the five IOCs combined (bp results not announced yet).
The decrease in aramco 1Q24 profits is due less #crudeoil export, lower oil prices and refining margins weakness.
In 1Q24 #Brent crude price moved in the range of $75-85 lower than #oilprice movement level in 1Q23.
In my opinion, a better comparison should be made with 1Q22 profits of $39.5 billion. Relatively, the most appropriate comparison is to compare Aramco’s profits this year with the year 2022 because #oilprices were about $30/bbl higher than 1Q24 and 1Q23, and Saudi oil production was higher also, which illustrates that Aramco has begun to take a successful and clear path in sustainability and dimension to gradually reduce the impact of steep oil price fluctuations year after year.
Aramco's flexibility in facing challenges with operational flexibility and financial agility means that its investors are in safe hands and that its customers enjoy the most reliable barrels even during crises. #Aramco, the largest integrated #energy company has the least losses during the pandemic.
In 2020, international oil companies (IOCs) suffered huge losses that affected future upstream and downstream investments as they reduced capital spending for exploration and drilling operations, but this was not the case for Aramco, which kept CAPEX unchanged.

— Online Payment Gateways (PayPal, Stripe)
Many Moroccan engineers study in Morocco but work abroad, what a waste.
Here is an action plan :
— Attract big IT companies to invest in Morocco
— Create a state-own company that build software for the government and public companies/agencies to digitalize processes
— Push internet services providers like IAM, INWI and ORANGE to improve their services (fiber quality and speed)
— Build state-own Data Centers to protect Moroccans Data
And many more actions.
