Made - Home made fresh Alfredo pasta Recipe - Make a well of 1 cup flour a pinch of salt in the center crank an egg and kneed.. If required add water. Rap or cover to Rest the dough for around 30 to 45 minutes, then roll out the doing using a rolling pin or pasta roller Boil water then add the pasta for around 5 minutes strain the water but keep around 1 cup for the sauce. . For the sauce heat a pan add butter and minced garlic saute till fragrant make sure not to burn it after that add refined flour or Maida, next add milk and whisk till no lumps are seen. Add the pasta water if it's too thick or until it's the consistency you like. Then add the pasta to it. If you want you could add any other cooked meat or vegetables. (couldn't plate it cause it got over from the pan😮💨)
