Fintech most likely to fail after Brandon Timinsky departure! With it’s recent acquisition and change in structure and procedure. The one platform in Pakistan’s ecosystem that followed a simple process and had good customer service is losing its initial qualities. Already there has been a recent trend towards of many users opting out of SadaPay after its acquisition, the digital platform is also not speaking to its users anymore and not working on solution offering & is comfortable losing its intial users. After checking all records, they claim to send emails but there is no record and if you’re gonna lock someone out with a limited user base as this is still not a traditional bank, a phone call would’ve been appreciated. #2 SadaPay Account Block – A Student’s Struggle As a student, managing daily expenses is tough enough, but when my SadaPay account was blocked without warning, things became even more difficult. For over a month now, I’ve been unable to access the money I rely on for my day-to-day needs like transportation and food. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, there has been little to no response. Being in this position, without any clarity on when my account will be unblocked, has been extremely stressful. I trusted SadaPay to be a reliable platform for my finances, but this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
