I recently attended the MAPIC India (Formerly IRF) event in Mumbai, and it was a great experience. Zantye's Goa can be extraordinary 🥜 We showed How 🔍 As part of the Masters' Union Consulting Challenge 🤘 Our team had the privilege of working on Zantye's Goa , a brand rich in heritage yet facing modern challenges. Our mission was clear , Identify the hurdles that hinder their growth and propose actionable solutions. After extensive research and engaging conversations with customers , we uncovered critical issues that demand attention. Counterfeiting: Their beloved products are being mimicked, jeopardizing brand integrity. Inconsistent Branding: Confusion reigns across various outlets, diluting their message. Limited Data Tracking: A lack of effective systems prevents meaningful engagement with their audience. Minimal Online Presence: Their digital footprint doesn’t reflect the strength of the brand. To combat these challenges, we proposed a series of strategic solutions QR codes for product authentication, fighting counterfeiting head-on. A cohesive brand identity across all channels to ensure clarity and consistency. A digital system to capture customer feedback and preferences. Optimized e-commerce listings and influencer collaborations to boost visibility. Glad to share that we at P-TAL (Punjabi Thathera Art Legacy) now have one of the largest teams in India, with more than 1 lakh members! Customers are team members at P-TAL, they often take roles in: 1. Marketing: Customers are our biggest brand ambassadors, the word of mouth spread through them is gold for us. Satisfied customers help us turn revenues into free marketing budget. 2. Growth strategy: Insights shared by our customers have often helped us improve our strategy and build our growth plans better. We had set up our first retail outlet while being bootstrapped and at an early stage and that has become a strong channel for us now, contributing to more than 2 crores INR worth of sales over the past 1 year! 3. Sales: Our retail customers often turn into institutional customers when after their first purchase, they again come back to us to place an order of corporate or wedding gifting with us. We have had over 10% of our revenues coming in through such institutional orders! 4. UI/UX: We often speak to repeat customers and abandoned cart customers who dropped off without making a purchase for their insights on how we can improve our website experience, this has led us to improve our conversion rate by over 25% every quarter. 5. Product development: Our hero product, the copper water dispenser was launched through an idea and custom order request shared by a customer. Feedbacks from customers always help us improve our products. We are truly grateful to all of them, after all they are our biggest and most important investors as well! Our aim is to always ensure they get the best return out of their investment into P-TAL products :)

Reflecting on a recent session led by Ganga Ganapathi Poovaiah, VP of Marketing APAC and MEA in Epsilon India on 'Understanding yourself to build my Personal Brand', I am reminded of the profound quote by Dr. Seuss that she shared: "Today you are YOU, that is TRUER than true, there is NO ONE alive who is YOUER than You!" This simple yet powerful message resonates deeply with the essence of personal branding - embracing our authentic selves.
